Please read the terms and conditions outlined below before using www.rosapenna.ie

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rates we quote are, of course, subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum stay. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions, and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotel and products and to amend manifest error in the quoted or booked rates.

GROUP BOOKINGS

When booking 4 rooms or more alternative cancellation policies and deposit payment(s) will apply. For more details contact reservations@rosapenna.ie

VAT & TAXES

Reservations are subject to prevailing VAT rates applicable during the provision of the service. Therefore, if the prevailing VAT rate changes, the rate for the services provided during the stay will be subject to the new greater or lesser VAT rate as applicable.

NON-PERFORMANCE

If, for reasons beyond the hotel's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, labour disputes, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, disaster, acts of war, acts of God, fires, flood or other emergency conditions, or due to any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel, the hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, the non-performance is excused and the hotel may terminate the original agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages of any nature, for any reason whatsoever.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

A deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure the reservation. In the event of a cancellation this deposit is not refundable or transferable.

CANCELLATIONS

If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, in addition to the non-refundable deposit 50% of the total package price will be debited from the card used to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation please EMAIL reservations@rosapenna.ie.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Should you intend to leave prior to the departure date Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort reserves the right to charge for the full stay.

ELIGIBILITY OF USE

Use of www.rosapenna.ie is restricted to people over the age of 18 who can enter into binding contracts.

JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by the laws of Ireland. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information, the content of www.rosapenna.ie, may include technical, typographical or content errors. Therefore, it is important to refer to the following disclaimer information, before using a www.rosapenna.ie.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The content of www.rosapenna.ie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, implied or expressed, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort also does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, links or graphics found on www.rosapenna.ie. Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort may make changes to the content or policies at any time without prior notice.

LIMITATIONS TO LIABILITY

In no event shall Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort or any of its subsidiaries, hotels or affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damage or damages arising out of your access or use, or your inability to use any www.rosapenna.ie, or any materials or recommendations made by third parties on www.rosapenna.ie. You hereby waive any and all claims against us and our subsidiaries, hotels or affiliates arising out of your use of our websites or any materials or recommendations of any third parties found therein.

PRICING ERRORS

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Rosapenna Hotel and Golf Resort cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotel and products and to amend manifest error in the quoted or booked rates.

Green Fee only booking terms & conditions

-- All golf only bookings are payable in full at the time of booking, speculative bookings are not accepted.

-- If you cancel outside 90 days of the date of play, you will receive a full refund (less admin / transaction fees). 

-- If you cancel within 60-89 days of the date of play, you will receive a 50% refund (less admin / transaction fees).

-- If you cancel within 31-59 days of the date of play, you will not receive any refund but can reschedule your booking before the end of the 2026 season, subject to availability.

-- If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the date of play, you will not receive any refund or a credit to play before the seasons end.

-- Refunds are not available due to delayed or cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. The Resort strongly recommends that all golfers consider suitable travel insurance. 

-- To reschedule a booking we need 31 days' notice or more. Any booking within 30 days cannot be rescheduled for another future date, under any circumstances. 

-- A rescheduled booking, with sufficient notice (31 days plus), is limited to the same calendar season and the same golf course.

-- All Three Links Ticket offer bookings are payable in full 45 days prior via a single online payment link, these promotional tee times are non refundable / non transferable when payment is complete. Please contact us in advance if your numbers have changed from your original booking. 

-- Reserved caddies or drive buggies cancelled within 48 hours of the date of play will be charged in full.
