Cancellation Policy 2026

Applies to *Green Fee* bookings only

-- All golf only bookings are payable in full at the time of booking, speculative bookings are not accepted.

-- If you cancel outside 90 days of the date of play, you will receive a full refund (less admin / transaction fees). 

-- If you cancel within 60-89 days of the date of play, you will receive a 50% refund (less admin / transaction fees).

-- If you cancel within 31-59 days of the date of play, you will not receive any refund but can reschedule your booking before the end of the 2026 season, subject to availability.

-- If you cancel your booking within 30 days of the date of play, you will not receive any refund or a credit to play before the seasons end.

-- Refunds are not available due to delayed or cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injuries or illness. The Resort strongly recommends that all golfers consider suitable travel insurance. 

-- To reschedule a booking we need 31 days' notice or more. Any booking within 30 days cannot be rescheduled for another future date, under any circumstances. 

-- A rescheduled booking, with sufficient notice (31 days plus), is limited to the same calendar season.

-- Reserved caddies or drive buggies cancelled within 48 hours of the date of play will be charged in full.
